论文概要

　　一、 向印度洋派遣军舰，通过“有事法”和出兵伊拉克都是小泉内阁极力推动的。参拜靖国神社无疑和这一系列的军国主义化政策相呼应。参拜靖国神社就是为了把日本的侵略历史正当化。

　　二、 国家主义往往会向武力强国、军国主义的方向发展下去。现在的小泉政权和美国的布什帝国结为同盟，事态已经发展到非常危险的地步了。

　　三、 贯彻和平外交路线对日本是最有利的，是日本最好的安全保障，同时也是日本国宪法所规定的。小泉等人的行为恰恰与和平外交路线背道而驰。

Abstract
　　
1. Dispatching warships to the Indian Ocean, legislating the “Emergency Act,” and sending troops to Iraq were actively promoted by the Koizumi administration.  Worshiping at the Yasakuni Shrine is undoubtedly interrelated to this series of movements toward a policy of militarism.  Worshiping at the Yasakuni Shrine is indeed to legitimize the history of (past) Japanese aggression.
2. Nationalism often leads toward the development of national armament and militarism.  The current Koizumi administration has allied with the Bush imperialistic empire, a situation that has been developed to a very dangerous state.
3. Following a peaceful diplomacy is most beneficial to Japan, and is the best safeguard to Japanese security.  Furthermore, this policy is dictated by the Japanese Constitution.  The behavior of Koizumi and his associates is inconsistent with the pursuit of a peaceful diplomacy.
